Julia Rosen has joined the venture-capital firm eStreetCapital.com as
business development director after three years at the City of Tempe, where
she worked to lure entrepreneurial companies to the area.
Rosen will develop investment opportunities and manage relationships with
partners. In Tempe's economic-development office, she co-directed the Tech
Oasis Partnership to attract entrepreneurial companies to the city.
