Looking to expand its scope beyond its East Valley origins, a high-tech networking event is set for 5:30p.m. Thursday in downtown Phoenix. Tech Oasis, a Valley-wide partnership between technology groups and the city of Tempe, will meet at Majerle's 9-Lounge at Second and Washington streets.
