DevelopOnline.com nets $15M in venture capital

DevelopOnline.com, a spin-off from Intel, received $15 million in first-round funding from the Carlyle Group and 3I Technology Partners to develop accelerator products used by other businesses to speed up Web appliances and cell phones. Located in Tempe's Tech Oasis Center on Mill Avenue, DevelopOnline.com will start with 30 employees and grow to 100 by the end of the year.
