High-tech IT expo focuses on business-to-business

The sixth annual azcentral.com IT Business Expo, a business-to-business high-tech event, is set for July 25-26 at Phoenix Civic Plaza.

The expo is sponsored by The Business Journal, azcentral.com, Apex Digital, Copper Square-Downtown Phoenix, Tech Oasis, Arizona Small Business Association, the city of Mesa, IKON, Computer Buyer Magazine and Strange View Marketing & Advertising. It will run each day from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The event will feature local, regional and national exhibitors displaying Web site designs, Internet services, software, telecommunications and other industry displays. Seminars and workshops also will be offered on how to conduct business on the Internet, as well as other technology business topics.

Exhibitor space still is available, officials said. A typical booth, furnished with table, chairs and carpeting costs about $850. Last year's event brought in more than 100 exhibitors and about 4,000 people.
